TACO SALAD 
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bag Tostitos corn chips, crushed slightly
1 head lettuce, torn
1 tomato, diced
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. bottle Catalina salad dressing
Diced black olives (opt.)

Brown and drain meat. Add seasonings and simmer as directed on package; set aside to cool. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss with Catalina dressing. Serve immediately.
