STEPHANIE'S SIMPLY DELICIOUS
BEEF MARINADE

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard powder

Combine ingredients and pour over your choice of beef in a large Ziploc bag. Work marinade into meat. Place bag in refrigerator. Turn every half-hour.

You can marinate as long as you like, there is no set time limit.

Works wonderfully with roasts, tenderloin, and steaks. Especially delicious when grilled!

This was phenomenal, and the flavor was awesome! I marinated a whole beef tenderloin over 7 hours, cut into steaks and grilled over charcoal grill. Best steaks ever! So tender and choc full of flavor! Thanks Stephanie!

Although nice and simple; not my favorite. Needs some sweet or some garlic. A good base marinade.

Good base, used Merlot instead of vinegar, and added dried chopped onions and crushed garlic. Excellent results!

Very good, but extremely sweet. Love the effect on the crust with the sauce poured on top, but the pie came out runny. A little disappointed, but overall it was very good. I added some cinnamon and nutmeg for extra flavor. It was super yummy.
