BEEF STEW NAPOLI 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 zucchini, 1/4 inch slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Mostaccioli noodles

Combine flour and salt, coat meat. Brown in oil. Add tomatoes, onion, basil and garlic salt. Cover, simmer 1 hour. Add zucchini, cover and continue simmering until vegetables and meat are tender. Remove from heat; add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve over Mostaccioli. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
