PEPPER STEAK 
1 to 2 lbs. round steak
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms (optional)

Cut steak, onions and bell pepper in thin strips. Brown steak in skillet. Add onions and peppers and soup. Mix thoroughly. Add mushrooms (if wanted). Cover and simmer until tender. Serve over rice if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.
