MICROWAVE HERB BAKED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Juice & peel of 1 lemon
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

Combine garlic, paprika, oregano, pepper and lemon peel; rub over chicken. In oblong baking dish, arrange chicken, meatier portions toward edge of dish; drizzle with lemon juice and top with mushrooms. Heat, covered with wax paper 10 1/2 to 12 minutes on High until chicken is tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
