HERB BAKED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. instant potato flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper, if desired
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/3 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients; melt butter. Wash chicken, pat dry. Dip in butter, roll into mixture. Put into baking pan. Bake 40 to 60 minutes until brown. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
