HERB BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lb. skinned chicken rubbed with rosemary
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. ginger
Shallots
Paprika

Place chicken in baking pan. Pour pineapple juice over chicken. Sprinkle with ginger, shallots and paprika. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
