CHILI-BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c. corn chips, lightly crushed if large
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)

In heavy skillet cook beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until beef browns slightly; discard fat. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add beans, undrained corn and chili powder; mix well. Top with corn chips; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly. Makes 4 servings.
