VEGETABLE BEEF CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables (corn, green beans, etc.)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Brown beef and onion; drain off excess fat. Transfer to slow cooker. Place frozen vegetables in strainer, rinse with hot water to separate. Stir vegetables, tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and sugar into beef. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. (I used 1 (16 oz.) can and 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes.)
