"BUSH" BROCCOLI 
1 lb. fresh broccoli spears
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil or 1 1/2 tsp. fresh grated orange peel
1/4 c. sliced toasted almonds
Salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp. water

Steam broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender but crisp. In saucepan, combine water, juice, basil, salt, orange peel and almonds. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook while stirring until slightly thickened. Pour over broccoli. Serves 4.
