MUSTARD SAUCE--HOT 
2 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
Pinch of salt
1 egg

Stir or mix all together and cook until thick over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter and 3 tablespoons milk or cream. Great served with ham.
