HOT MUSTARD SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cubes
1/3 c. Dijon style mustard
2 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually add water. Add bouillon cube, mustard, horseradish and sugar. Stir and cook until sauce thickens. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
