NECTAR BUNDT CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar (or your flavor choice)

SAUCE:

3/4 c. nectar
3/4 c. powdered sugar

SAUCE: Heat to slow boil, pour over cake.

Mix cake mix and all other ingredients until smooth. Pour in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and poke holes with thin knife and pour sauce over it. When absorbed, turn cake onto plate. Cool thoroughly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
