ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not marinated), drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Chop artichokes finely. Add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well. Microwave at 50 percent power in small serving dish until hot, about 5 minutes. Stir twice while heating. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve warm with crackers or raw vegetables.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
