SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick salt

Mix all ingredients together. Divide into half and shape on foil like a roll of bologna. Wrap tightly. Refrigerate 24 hours.
