FANNY MAY FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla, real
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. butter
13 oz. milk chocolate chips
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 (1 oz. each) squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter in large pot. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add all chocolate and stir until melted. Add nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 12 pans. Chill.

NOTE: Use butter to grease pans. Yields a lots! If fudge dries out, melt in microwave and pour on top of ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
