BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES | |
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. butterscotch morsels 3 oz. can chow mein noodles 1 c. salted peanuts (Or one 6 ounce package butterscotch morsels and one 6 ounce package chocolate morsels). Melt morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat. Stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set, approximately 20 minutes. Yield: about 4 dozen. |
