BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. cornflakes or other unsweetened cereal flakes

In saucepan over low heat, melt chips and peanut butter. Remove pan from heat and stir in cereal. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand 20 minutes. 36 cookies.
