BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen, cubed, hash brown potatoes, thawed
3/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
