POTATO BAKE CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hash browns
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 c. corn flakes

Pour above mixture into buttered pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour over mixture and top with 2 cups corn flakes. Do not put flakes on top until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
