TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
6-8 apples, chopped
1 c. sugar (1/2 white, 1/2 brown)
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
16 oz. Cool Whip

Drain pineapple and save juice. Combine apples and pineapple juice. Set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and flour. Add vinegar, nuts and Cool Whip. Drain apples and add to mixture. Sprinkle nuts on top.
