CANDY APPLE SALAD | |
4 c. chopped apples 1/4 c. sugar 8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, defrosted 1 egg 1 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 c. salted dry roasted peanuts, chopped Mix flour, sugar, pineapple with juice, egg and vinegar in a small pan. Stir over medium heat until thick. Cool. Fold mixture into whipped topping, apples and 1/2 cup peanuts. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Refrigerate. |
