SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 can pink salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
3 tsp. flour
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together with salmon. Shape into croquettes and drop in hot oil to cook until golden brown on all sides. TIP: The baking powder makes them light and fluffy as well as tasty.
