SPECIAL MASHED POTATOES 
10 lg. Idaho potatoes, cubed & cooked
1 stick butter, cut in pieces
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

To the cooked potatoes add the butter and cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Beat in the sour cream and nutmeg. Serve immediately. Or, put in casserole dish for baking later. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes if reheating. Serves 6 to 8.
