CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

In a 4 cup glass measure, mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Stir in milk. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes, stirring every minute until mixture boils. Add vanilla. Pour into serving dishes. Chill until serving.

You can use just 2 cups milk if you want to use it on a baked pie crust for chocolate pie.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
