CREAM SHERRY CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. corn oil
3/4 c. cream sherry
5 eggs

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. sherry

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Sift cake and pudding mixes together. Add corn oil and cream sherry. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Grease and flour tube or bundt pan. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Mix powdered sugar and sherry. Pour over top of cakes. Spoon icing that drys off the cake back onto it until it is completely covered.
