3 lbs. ground beef
Bread crumbs
Egg
Salt, pepper, onion, etc.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
2 med. onions, sliced
6-10 drops Tabasco sauce
3/4 tsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
3/4 tsp. dry powdered mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Chopped green pepper (if available and if you want them)

Mix ground beef and ingredients and make into patties - brown and put into sauce and simmer.
