8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg

Beat until smooth. Add 1 cup chocolate chips (or any kind). Fill cupcake liner 1/2 full with cake batter. Drop teaspoonful of filling into center. Batter will cover filling as it cooks.
