BENGETTE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 c. macaroni or noodles
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup
1/2 onion, chopped

Cook macaroni and blanche. Brown meat, onion, green pepper, seasonings. Drain. Add soup and cheese cubed. Add chili powder. Bake at 350 degrees or just mix together in skillet.
