CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
3 c. rice, cooked
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 c. blanched almonds

Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Combine melted butter and crushed Corn Flakes and place on rice/chicken mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup almonds, return to oven and bake until brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
