FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated slice & bake sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. assorted fruits
1/2 c. preserves
2 tbsp. water

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices. Cover bottom of pan with slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until crust is light golden brown. Cool completely on wire cooling rack. In bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Spread mixture evenly over crust. Arrange the assorted fruit over cream cheese in attractive design. Combine preserves and water in bowl. Mix well. Spoon evenly over pizza. Cut into wedges to serve. Serves 10.
