CHOPS AND ONIONS 
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
3 c. sliced onions
1 can beef consomme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour

Brown and season chops in oil in pan; remove. Saute onions, add consomme, seasonings and chops. Simmer 45 minutes. Remove chops. Stir in sour cream and flour to thicken. Serve over rice with extra sauce in pitcher. Serves 6.
