COUNTRY BISCUITS 
3 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
Up to 1 c. milk

Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Mince in butter, use pastry chopper. Should be mixed well enough not to detect butter. Stir in milk 3/4 to 1 cup until moist. Roll out dough onto floured counter. Cut with glass. Place snuggly in baking dish, 9-inch round cake pan works great.

Let raise while oven nears to 450 degrees. Bake until lightly brown, 20-30 minutes. Great for short cake or with butter and honey.
