QUINCE JAM (SAHFARJAL MA-OUD) | |
4 lb. quince 1 lemon 4 c. sugar Wash quince, peel and grate coarsely. Remove seeds and core. Add sugar to quince. Simmer over medium heat for sugar to melt. Increase heat to start boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add juice of 1 lemon and boil for 30 minutes. Pack in jars and seal. |
