FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Lettuce leaves

Blend the sugar and cream cheese. Add the fruit and pecans, mixing well. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread the salad into a 9x13 inch pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 10 to 12.
