RED RIVER RICE 
2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. olive oil
5 c. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 can vegetable broth
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Chili powder

First, saute onion, garlic, butter and oil. Then add the rest of ingredients.
