LOW CARB SAUSAGE GRAVY | |
The next best thing to biscuits and gravy! 1 (1 lb.) pkg. your favorite pork sausage (mild, hot, sage, etc,) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pint heavy whipping cream Brown and shred sausage in 14-inch skillet. Add block of cream cheese. Add whipping cream. Stir until smooth. Spoon over toasted zero carb bread. Note: Cutting the cream cheese into smaller cubes will decrease melting time.
