LOW CARB SAUSAGE GRAVY 
The next best thing to biscuits and gravy!

1 (1 lb.) pkg. your favorite pork sausage (mild, hot, sage, etc,)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Brown and shred sausage in 14-inch skillet. Add block of cream cheese. Add whipping cream. Stir until smooth.

Spoon over toasted zero carb bread.

Note: Cutting the cream cheese into smaller cubes will decrease melting time. This is a flourless gravy. Salt and pepper are optional.

Aldi. They carry 0 carb keto bread and buns. Also low carb wraps for those who are cutting carbs.
