3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. Bisquick

Mix together all ingredients. Pour into greased 9" deep dish pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
