1 lg. bottle Brooks tangy catsup 1 jar apple jelly 2 lb. ground chuck 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 pkg. dry onion soup 1 egg In crock pot, mix catsup and jelly. Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, dry onion soup, and egg. Make up meatballs and add to sauce. Cook until meatballs are browned. Fix a day ahead and refrigerate. Next day remove fat and reheat. |
