LUSCIOUS LUCY'S CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
6 qt. popped corn (1 c. unpopped)

Boil sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add soda and stir. Pour over popped corn and mix well. Put corn in large roaster. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
