AMBER GLOW 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves (3/4 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. salted peanuts, chopped
Crackers

Press cream cheese into an 8 ounce plastic butter tub or a small bowl. Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto the center of a shallow serving dish. Smooth surface with a spatula. In a small bowl, mix preserves, mustard, horseradish and red pepper until well blended. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve with crackers.
