CHICKEN DIVAN 
20 oz. frozen broccoli spears
1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. dry white wine
3 chicken breasts, halved & cooked
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli using package directions. Drain. Melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Add broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in cream and wine.

Place broccoli crosswise in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour half the sauce over and top with chicken.

To remaining sauce, add cheese; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Broil 5 minutes until golden.
