CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 1/2 c. precooked rice
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar Cheese Whiz, jalapeno
1 can water chestnuts, drained
Bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup or chicken
1 c. chicken broth
Cheese, grated

Mix all together except bread crumbs and cheese. Pour in casserole and top with bread crumbs and cheese and cook until hot and bubbly. Salt and pepper to taste.
