1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Prepare icing while cake is baking. Melt butter. Add cocoa and milk, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour and spread on cake while still warm.
