POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick of butter, melted
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated (Cracker Barrel)

Mix all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Bake 10 minutes longer if not brown enough.

Optional: May be topped with buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips. Serves 10 to 12.
