POTATOES DELUXE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sour cream
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

mix all together in a large bowl. Put mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves about 12-15.
