POTATOES DELUX 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. sharp cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Salt & pepper to taste

Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients, except chips and place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
