EASY CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Wash cauliflower, break into flowerets. Cook covered in a small amount of boiling salted water 10 minutes or until crisp tender, drain. Place cauliflower in 1-quart casserole.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mayonnaise mixture evenly over cauliflower. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.
