CAULIFLOWER AND HAM CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook cauliflower 20 minutes; drain separate in florets. Layer cauliflower and ham in casserole. Cover with mushroom soup. Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
