COCONUT POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2/3 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. coconut flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can (4 oz.) flaked coconut
Powdered sugar

Grease and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and milk. Stir in flavorings, vanilla and flaked coconut. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. When cake is completely cooled sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
